Dragon's Dogma tarjoaa ainutlaatuisen yhdistelmän toimintaa ja roolipelaamista innovatiivisella pawn-järjestelmällä, joka korostaa tiimistrategiaa ja sosiaalista vuorovaikutusta. Taistelujärjestelmä on syvä ja dynaaminen, ja laaja avoin maailma kutsuu tutkimaan. Voit valita monista luokista ja pelityyleistä, mikä tuo vaihtelua. Käyttöliittymä ja valikot ovat kuitenkin vanhentuneita, ja jotkin tekstuurit ovat graafisesti heikompia. Moninpeli rajoittuu asynkronisiin online-ominaisuuksiin, ja osa tehtävistä on epämääräisesti selitetty, joten opastus on vähäistä. Kokonaisuutena peli on mukaansatempaava kokemus avoimen maailman RPG-faneille, mutta vanhenemisen merkit näkyvät.

Very fun so far (not that far into it yet). Not as immersive as some of the other RPGs, but it has an open world map with a lot of stuff going on. It's a little easier to put down than games like Skyrim, which is a good thing since it gives me an opportunity to get real life things done.

will god own as a classic.I rarely replay games, but this one I had me coming back for more. So much depth. Not a great game for those new to RPGs though.

The game is great, the combat and music are excellent, but I can’t enjoy the game for one major reason. When I enter Gran Soren for the first time, the game completely bugs out and crashes either after the cutscene or before it and I cannot advance forward. I’ve replayed the game again to make sure that it was a one time thing, but it happened again.

Definitely a unique game, and I highly recommend it, but I figured I should list a few criticisms. It can feel like the world is a bit empty here and there, and it also feels like there's a bit of a learning curve. The game's story and lore can feel a bit unaccessable, like you're just thrown in to it with very little explanation. Overall, it's something that you should play through at least once.
