While the initial reviews I viewed of this game were appealing and a good fit for the type of game I enjoy playing, I found that during gameplay it becomes frustrating to play. The loading times and frequencies for one. The games freezes and crashes alot, and was lessened after a update but of little effect. If the program of the game was more stable an minor glitch would be acceptable, but unfortunately these are not minor at all. On a positive aspect the story, dialog and play style is enjoyable. The kingdom management could use some work but after a bit of playtime it's fascinating. Characters, individual stories are well designed and fun to place party members together and see how they react and balance each other. They game needs a lot of polish and would hope that the developers upon releasing a second game would address the issues of load times and glitches before releasing a second game.

This is a very slow and boring game. It becomes very difficult early on in the game, so much that it is not enjoyable to play.

If you enjoy games like divinity Original Sin one and two, and pen and paper D&D games then you will really enjoy this one!

Playing on XSX. Idk what it is about this game, but every other button input seems to not register, requiring you to press buttons 2-3 times to execute their commands. There is also noticable stuttering that occurs every few seconds where fps drops. These are minor problems individually, but taken together and over hours of playtime it really adds up and ultimately detracts from what is otherwise a fun and engaging game.

Ten months since release and this game is still unplayable due to numerous game breaking bugs and save corruption issues. Owlcat released the game knowing it was broken and asked for time to fix it. Idiots like me gave them the benefit of the doubt, and are now unable to get a refund for a broken game. Owlcat sold a $50 lemon and scammed themselves a payday. See their own forums for the extent of the console releases problems, and buy at your own risk at any price. Edit: It's now 5/23/21, and the game is still broken. Owlcat games are a scam, and have cheated their customers.
