ASTRONEER - Playstation 4

I bought this because it was very cheap on sale, and it seemed good for a bit of casual fun. Now I find myself twenty hours in and addicted to mining enough resources to reach the next planet, or build a bigger rocket. It's like a more fun, more interesting Minecraft in space. Even the idea of needing to tether myself to an oxygen supply, which at first sounded like such an annoyance, turned out to be a very well thought out mechanic, which is just enough to provide a small challenge, but not frustrating.

For someone who has dabbled in games like Subnautica and Minecraft - Astroneer is an entirely different take on exploration and survival. I dig it (hehehe) but after sinking into two planets, the third felt a little redundant. But at the same time that's when you really start unlocking stuff. So I get it. But I still wish couch co-op was an option. Five stars irregardless, because co-op is doable - but as someone with two systems I should have snagged a digital copy to save myself a little... alas.

I got a used game. Gamestop has a habit of selling used games as new . If we have to pay extra money for a new game then give us new games .

It’s My girlfriend’s game and she’s fallen in line with it. Whenever she starts playing she’s on it for hours.

It needs more. The game is good. Though there isnt enough to do. Its a openworld sand box where all you do is dig and grind minerals.
