Troll and I tarjoaa alkuperäisen konseptin pojan ja peikon ystävyydestä sekä paikallisen co-opin, mutta kärsii monista teknisistä ongelmista, huonosta grafiikasta ja hämmentävästä navigoinnista. Tarina ja yhteistyö ovat vahvuuksia, mutta toteutus pettyttää bugejen, hitaan pelimekaniikan ja ohjeiden puutteen vuoksi. Suositus vain erittäin kärsivällisille pelaajille, jotka ovat kiinnostuneita konseptista, ei teknisestä laadusta.

Very bad game. Runs poorly. You'll get some laughs out of it because it's objectively awful in virtually every conceivable way, but that's about all you'll get.

My kids love this game but the biggest down fall is it started glechining . It won't play on either of my son's switch it's to bad it's a fun game if it worked properly.

A lot is wrong with this game. Like, a lot. However, if it were $10, I’d say boom, buy it. It is a little fun. Just not full priced fun.
