I love game-stop and I’m a pro member, I have now received 4 open games (store display is my guess) sold as new. What makes this bad, 3 of those were Christmas presents. And you need to hire James Bond to get a hold of customer service. You should tell customers upfront those are open display items. Unless I’m in store, I will not be buying more games from you. What a shame, not a good business model
