Battle Axe PS4 Review – Battle Axe is an 80’s/90’s arcade-style hack-‘n-slash game developed by veteran pixel artist Henk Nieborg, with music by VGM composer Manami Matsuma. As such, you’ll instantly find similarities to popular franchises like Gauntlet, Golden Axe and Dungeons & Dragons: Shadow over Mystara. And, whilst Battle Axe is nothing exceptional given its pedigree, there are some strong points that help it shine.
