Owlboy

You can tell this title had a lot of heart put into it, which is good, considering it took ten years to develop. The pixelated graphics are beautiful and the story/characters are very interesting! There are plenty of cut scenes, but they don't feel jarring, if anything, they add a nice layer to the characters. The gameplay is smooth and I like the twist of carrying the individuals who shoot for you. The levels are fun and differing, albeit, rather unchallenging. Even the boss levels are not incredibly difficult (although they are very well constructed and fair). Don't expect to die frequently or to face multiple attempts at completing a level. I tend to enjoy this game the most when I'm in the mood for a relaxing and forgiving play-through.

Relax and enjoy a retro styled 2d scrolling game. Early into the game so far, but it's fun to play. Quirky story of the mute Owl boy on his quest to prove his Owl pedigree. Puzzles, missions and varied domains presented in retro pixel graphics, simple but refreshingly different. Great price and service by Mighty Ape, thanks Monkey squad!

This game touched my heart like Christ. Underrated and very artistic director me as an artist appreciate it and the story was also good and funny at times. I can't say enough. #MustOwn

I didn't get far in this game before it glitched on me. Before it did, I found many things I didn't like. These include: arcade graphics & style.

Mass exploration in Owlboy, the map is huge has a touch of scifi to many scenes, for some reason reminds me of phantasy star, reminds me of a high quality super nintendo game. I love it, sefinetly worthe the buy especially if you like to fly.
