Sonic Frontiers

The saying “More than the sum of its parts” is used to describe something where the individual components comprising it might not be all that great, but the end product of that combination winds up exceeding expectations. This is something that leads to very pleasant surprises, as expectations get blown out of the water by how something that, in theory, shouldn’t work winds up being excellent.

This game was not for me. I didn’t like it. Good idea for an open world but no. It is my least favorite Sonic games since Sonic rise of Lyirc and Sonic Forces. This is a good effort but maybe they can remaster Sonic Unleashed or just stick to what they are know for. It would have been a better game I think.

On the starfall islands sonic and his friends get stuck, sonic trying to find hid friends. The game is like mario 64 but with sonic with memory tokens to unlock the next area to eventually fight the boss with the emeralds the game is good and fun to play and mess around in but the game gets repetitive since the way you get the tokens doesn't change during the islands

Too hard. Too many moves to remember. Bosses are tough. I don't mind the format.

This game is unbearably bad. I’m a fan of the og sonic game but this one sucks. I regret letting my son pick this up and buying it. Trading this in asap. I don’t even want it honestly. Bad graphics, headache from all the ridiculous fast sensitive movements. 0 stars from me
