Valkyria Chronicles 4 saa kiitosta ainutlaatuisesta taktiikka- ja toimintapeliyhdistelmästään, vahvasta hahmonkehityksestä ja uudesta kranaatinheittäjä-luokasta. Visuaalinen tyyli ja musiikki luovat tunnelmaa. Peli sopii myös uusille pelaajille, mutta tarina sisältää paljon tuttuja anime-kliseitä ja valikot ovat joskus kömpelöitä. Vihollisten tekoäly on ajoittain heikko ja osa DLC:stä koetaan turhaksi. Suositellaan taktiikkaroolipelien ystäville.

I am enjoying this game"s gameplay and story. The maps, missions you play on are varied such as snow, fog, rain etc. As well as the missions goals change on certain maps fron capturing all bases, sniping bombs and rescues. This reminds me of x-com but its different in a good way.

This game is amazingly wonderful. They went back to the classic Valkyria Chronicles feel by borrowing the gameplay and graphics from the first game and improving on it with small additions to the formula. The story is great, the characters are lovable (especially Raz), the gameplay is strategic and fun, and it has hours of content worth your time. The DLC is great too, adding small scenarios and extra missions that are fun to play through. TL;DR: Anime WWII, great story, gameplay, and music. Worth a buy.
