007 Legends - Sony PlayStation 3 - Toiminta

I grabbed 007 Legends for the PS3 because I love James Bond games. But I had forgotten exactly how bad it played. The controls are not great, the gameplay decisions are questionable (melee is insta-kill in the main game, but quicktime events have you sparring with a basic grunt a la Bourne Identity?), and this is probably the worst performance I have ever heard from Daniel Craig. Thankfully, Gamestop has the 7-day return policy because that's what I did. The only plus side is playing a variety of classic Bond scenarios like Goldfinger, Moonraker, and On Her Majesty's Secret Service. (Say what you will about the individual movies...I enjoy almost all of them...except Die Another Day. That one is garbage and should not have been included here) Overall, I can only recommend this title if you're a collector and don't have it on your shelf. Otherwise, there are far better games out there...I just wish one of them was a quality Bond title.

bond games are great,but i didnt get the original cover as advertised when i purchased the game Want game stop to send me the cover case that was advertised. got a generic NOT A HAPPY PLAYER

If you are buying this after 2014, you will be unable to download the Skyfall mission due to Activision licensing issues where they lost the 007 license, as it was moved to IO Interactive. Buyer Beware. Outside of that, fun game, just know your getting only 85% of it. Gets alot of bad flack but honestly isn't bad, especially if you liked Goldeneye 007 Reloaded. Its fun watching all of the different movies retold in mission segments. A nice accompaniament to a 007 movie marathon

One of the better Bond games. Gameplay is nice and the cut scenes are nostalgic

I used to be addicted to playing the 007 games but stopped when they changed the format after Daniel Craig became Bond. I figured I would give it another shot and try the Legends game for old time sake. Bad move! To start, the control options aren’t intuitive which makes it difficult to maneuver Bond. Next, there are occasional glitches that cause important items like the wrist watch and cell phone disappear from the options wheel, which is fast way to get killed. Last but certainly not least, the enemy has no AI. Soliders just randomly run around and appear out of nowhere. They pop up in front of you where there wasn’t anything but floor. They don’t have to open doors to shoot and kill you. They call shoot through walls. Let’s not even talk about the ridiculous fight scenes where you have to punch the guard using the L & R which makes no sense since you ended up moving instead. I got to that point and ejected the game. No thank you! I’ll just count this one as a loss and move on.
