Sony Farpoint VR:ää kehutaan mukaansatempaavasta kokemuksesta, erityisesti Aim-ohjaimen ansiosta, joka tekee tähtäämisestä ja liikkumisesta luonnollista. Grafiikka on hyvää PSVR:lle ja pelattavuus haastavaa, moninpeli on hauska. Monet käyttäjät kuitenkin mainitsevat kampanjan olevan melko lyhyt ja liikepahoinvointia voi esiintyä pidemmissä pelisessioissa. Seurantaongelmat ja toistuvat viholliset ja ympäristöt ovat myös yleisiä. Intensiivistä VR-ammuntapeliä etsiville Farpoint on vahva valinta, mutta nämä haitat kannattaa huomioida.

Great immersive gameplay. Always looked forward to strapping on the VR gear to find out what was waiting for me in the next level. I was sad to see it end, but look forward to more games like this.

One of the best PSVR shooters especially with the AIM controller. Great story, online multiplayer and coop modes too.

Graphics are very nice. It flows smoothly. Playing with the PS4 controller is very difficult. There isn't a lot of variety in gameplay. It's pretty much the same bad guy over and over with variances in size.
