This game will only appeal to fans of the book. While it stays very true to its source material, the game itself is very limited and frankly it kind of sucks. The saving grace that earns more than one star is that it is literally a chance to play through the events of the book which it does well.

Game play/graphics very bad. Died before getting into battle. Tried to jump over low walls wouldnt allow even thou showed it could be done played 10 mins deleted it

Bought this because there’s not enough media that have dwarves at the forefront. The mechanics are hard to get used to and some levels are just impossible to beat. The claymation style is cool, and so is the story, and I’ve wanted to trade it in a several times and give up, but I want to pay respects to the book’s author and the developer. If they made a patch to fix the difficulty it would help a lot. The mechanics make it too hard to adjust to.

I may not be the best gamer out there, but I pride myself on being able to play most games on normal or higher. This game the only way to get past some levels was to lower it to easy. The only good thing I can say about this game is that it is based off of a book with the same title.
