Warhammer 40,000: Deathwatch tarjoaa suoraviivaisen vuoropohjaisen strategian rikkaan Warhammer 40K tarinan ja monipuoliset hahmot. Kuitenkin se kärsii korkeasta hinnoittelusta, toistuvasta pelistä ja huonoista kameran ohjaimista. Peli puuttuu moninpeli ja hitaasti etenevä kokemuspisteiden kehitys tekee siitä vähemmän houkuttelevan joillekin pelaajille. Huolimatta näistä ongelmista se on edelleen mukava faneille genren ja Warhammer-universumin.

What could be a great game is a slow game filled with game crashing bugs. This is a port of a cell phone game, which itself was slow. Sadly not much was changed. This could honestly have been Space Hulk or Kill Team "the video game", but too much was holding it back and the end result is just not very good. I put maybe 20 hours into this. Several of the late levels lock up very frequently, losing process from a long battle. The game being as slow as it is really did not make me want to replay the levels 2-3 times just to hopefully finish them.
