Battle Worlds: Kronos on hardcore-vuoropohjainen strategiapeli, joka tarjoaa aitoa taktista syvyyttä klassisten heksaruudukko-sotapelien, kuten Battle Islen, faneille. Peli tarjoaa vaikuttavaa sisältöä kolmella kampanjalla, joiden yhteenlaskettu peliläpäisy kestää yli 60 tuntia haastavaa pelattavuutta. Arvostelijat ylistävät johdonmukaisesti erinomaista tehtäväsuunnittelua, strategista vaihtelevuutta ja hyvin suunniteltuja karttoja, jotka vaativat huolellista suunnittelua ja sijoittamista. Kosketusnäyttöohjaimet toimivat erityisen hyvin käsikonsolitilassa. Mahdollisten ostajien tulisi kuitenkin huomata useita haittapuolia: tekoälyvastustajasta tulee ennustettava kokemuksen myötä, valikkonavigaatio on turhauttavan hämmentävää, ja hidas tahti kymmenien yksiköiden yksittäisessä komentelussa voi koetella kärsivällisyyttä pitkien tehtävien aikana. Konsoliohjaimet telakoidussa tilassa ovat huomattavan kömpelöt verrattuna PC:hen. Verkkomoninpelin puuttuminen ja vanhentunut visuaalinen esitys ovat lisäkompromisseja. Tämä peli sopii omistautuneille strategiaharrastajille, jotka etsivät syvällistä taktista haastetta pikemminkin kuin satunnaispelaajille, jotka etsivät nopeita pelisessioita.

i played many turn based games on pc, ie battle isle years ago,as many not around ,was looking forward to this.. big let down if never played turn based games in at the deep end, but graphics and game play insult for ps4, maybe ok for ps1 is that time zone, but for ps4 years behind ,

I'm not into turn based strategy for a reason that it takes so long to get your units from one side of the map to the other. It takes around 40 hours to finish the game because of this. You have limited units but can call for reinforcements at anytime. The issue with some levels is that if you lose your units that can capture buildings then you are done for as sometimes you don't realise that you require them until it's too late. As other reviewers have stated that this genre is in short supply and not a bad attempt to make a strategy game so kudos for that but it can get a bit repetitive after a while. Worth a tenner IMO

COULD HAVE BEEN SUCH A GOOD GAME - BUT NOT AFTER FIRST COUPLE MISSIONS IT SEEMS POINTLESS ANOTHER GAME WHERE YOU HAVE TO COMPLETE MISSION A CERTAIN WAY OR ALL YOUR UNITS DIE - NO REAL PLANNING - JUST RACE TO ONE POINT AFTER ANOTHER WITH AS MANY UNITS AS POSSIBLE. NO DIFFICULTY LEVELS - DEVS IN INTRO BASICALY TELL YOU IF YOU DONT PLAY AS THEY ORDER YOU TO YOU WILL NOT WIN AND IT IS YOUR FAULT FOR BEING NO GOOD WOULD NOT ADVISE GETTING GAME UNTIL PRICE DROPS TO COUPLE QUID
