Assassin's Creed III (Essentials) saa kiitosta historiallisesta ympäristöstään ja mukaansatempaavasta tarinastaan Amerikan vallankumouksen ajalta. Meritehtävät ovat pelin kohokohta ja tuovat vaihtelua laajan avoimen maailman ja monipuolisten tehtävien rinnalle. Animaatiot ja parkour ovat selvästi parantuneet. Samalla kuitenkin päätehtävien lineaarisuus ja tekniset ongelmat, kuten bugit, saavat paljon kritiikkiä. Osa pelielementeistä, kuten askartelu ja sivutehtävät, tuntuvat pakotetuilta. Myös ohjaus voi olla ajoittain turhauttavaa. Kaikkiaan peli on kunnianhimoinen, mutta siinä on selkeitä heikkouksia, jotka ostajan kannattaa huomioida.

Excellent game for the PS3. I played some of the chapters and got to exchange goods between this version and the PS Vita version.

fun game. not sure what exactly it was about after 6 years but I do remember spending hours on it.

Game is fantastic story wise. But it sure is glitchy. You can lose lots of time if you don’t have ps plus. Otherwise it’s a pretty innovative AC game for what it is. We also never see the Native American perspective. That’s the best part.
