Anno: Create a New World Wii

The game looks much nicer than it's DS counterpart and the controls work rather well (for the most part). The single player campaign is little more than an introduction to the series, but it does a decent job at introducing each and every aspect of the game. Combat can be quite tricky as it requires quick and precise reflexes with the pointer controls. A requirement that will most definitely frustrate the less-than-avid video game player. Unfortunately, like the DS version of the game, Anno is prone to crashing. The screen will completely lock-up and freeze for no apparent reason. It happens fairly often and can wipe hours of progress at a time. I actually found the game enjoyable enough to persist with for a good 30 hours, but eventually the repeated crashes become too much. They're hard to predict and can happen either hours or minutes apart.

All Wii games are very good and this is no exception

nice game to play. entertaining and fun too easy to use and lovely graffics too. lots of things to do.

First of all I am not a gamer but I bought this game after a birthday present request by my adult granddaughter who is an experienced gamer. She had previous experience of the game on her PC but she tells me that it's much better on the Wii as it's easier to progress. I can't elaborate more than that unfortunately except to say that she sounds delighted with her new game.

Easy relaxing game, grandson (aged 8)spends ages on it when he visits. I like to play it too. Good fun for all the family.
