The Division 2 on teknisesti vaikuttava looter-shooter, joka korjaa suurelta osin edeltäjänsä virheet. Pelattavuussilmukka on tyydyttävä ja varmistaa jatkuvan edistymisen tunteen erinomaisella ammuntamekaniikalla ja palkitsemisjärjestelmällä, joka pitää pelaajat motivoituneina. Visuaalinen esitys on kaunis yksityiskohtaisilla Washington D.C.:n jäljennöksillä, jotka toimivat teknisesti hyvin PlayStation 4:llä. Loppupelin sisältö tarjoaa taktisia haasteita syvällisillä mukautusmahdollisuuksilla, joissa jokaisella modilla on etuja ja haittoja. Moninpelin matchmaking parantaa kokemusta merkittävästi ensimmäiseen osaan verrattuna. Tarina on kuitenkin pettymyksellisen heikko ja vailla vaikutusta, mikä on harmi 40-50 tunnin kampanjalle. Peli on selvästi suunniteltu yhteistyöpeliä varten ja yksinpelaajat nauttivat siitä vähemmän. Jotkut tehtävät kärsivät keinotekoisesti pidennetyistä taisteluista vihollisten kanssa, jotka ottavat liikaa vahinkoa vastaan. Näistä puutteista huolimatta The Division 2:ta pidetään laajalti yhtenä parhaista looter-shootereista, jotka julkaistiin lanseerauksessa, vakaalla teknisellä suorituskyvyllä ja sadoilla tunneilla sisältöä omistautuneille pelaajille.

It’s a strong looter shooter! Multiple builds can be crafted to adhere to your playstyle! I loved it so much that I’m going to go back and play the first one, too! Definitely don’t pass on this one. It’s strictly online only, but you can still play solo, if you want to.

A vast improvement from the first Division game. If you like 3rd person Military shooters with RPG like elements then this game is for you.

Really an excellent action experience that can be played as an MMO or single player. Although there are some special rewards for playing in a group I found it to be very challenging and satisfying to play alone. There is a nice variety of missions and I didn't have any real trouble finishing the game solo. The game rewards smart gameplay.

Love the gameplay, visuals, sound FX and character/weapon customizations but the story line, or lack there of, is where it truly falls short. The missions are so repetitive, its safe to say there really isnt a storyline. If there is, its not immersive due to that fact.
