I love the product, it helps keep me on track with my fitness goals. They have improved the band so it doesn't fall off so easy. I lost my last one because the band was too loose. My experience at NFM was easy except when I called customer service to get the information of the watch that I lostthey said they do not track my carry out purchases and I found out through someone that works there that that is not true. That was my only complaint otherwise I love in NFM

This is so amazing I just love it I upgraded to a Charge 5 to Charge 6. I ordered it from NFM drive to pickup area so very easy. Very satisfied person.

Great, screen is good and really clear. Battery lasts about a week. I'm allergic to the silicone straps so got a metal one off Amazon and it works great.

The Fitbit itself is an absolute waste of money, and I’m very dissapointed with the watch and I wasn’t expecting or wanting much from the watch. It’s most def not worth $200 and Fitbit should consider reducing the price of this. The staff at Upper Hutt branch were amazing and highly recommend the store.
