I had this watch for a week now and I honestly love it. I had a old samsung watch and used it every day for years. So it was time to upgrade. Samsung watch 8 has a very clear face, comfortable brand, and it has all the up to date features. If your looking for a new watch but didnt want the newest one I would 100% reckon this watch.

I'm here for the gift card, but stayed to tell you how surprisingly good the Galaxy Watch8 actually is! I expected a smartwatch. What I got was a little computer strapped to my wrist that somehow makes my phone feel lazy. The screen is beautiful, everything feels smooth, and the health tracking is impressive. It works brilliantly with my Google Pixel, and being able to use my own custom apps is a massive bonus. Is it perfect? Not quite. The battery could last longer, but considering everything this little gadget does, I'm impressed. Would I recommend it? Absolutely. Would I still like the gift card? Also absolutely.

I purchased the Galaxy Watch8 from JB Hi-Fi on 3 October 2026 for just $324 during a sale. It offers great features for the price. However, many of the health features won't be available until the One UI 9 update. It would have been better if Samsung made all the latest features available to older models, rather than limiting some to the Watch9. I'm coming from other smartwatches with much longer battery life, but at this heavily discounted price, I really can't complain. Overall, excellent value for money. Cheers!

The Samsun Galaxy watch 8 is so much better than the previous versions, packed with functionality and much more durable. I would highly recommend this watch.
