Bought this ring only 8 months ago and the battery is already failing. Big let down. I like all the features and the app, but it's all useless when the ring goes flat all the time.

The battery life is awful literally lasts a day constantly charging it up wont buy this ring again i am an avid samsung user and this product sucks

As with others, I've had my ring for 13 months. The battery had now died for the second time. The first within warranty and was fixed promptly by samsung, however the second time now out off warranty. This is unacceptable for such an expensive device. Samsung they are unaware of a fault with the batteries. I cannot believe this as so many people have the same problem. This had to be a known fault. Samsung should look to refund or replace all rings faulty within 18 months. An electronic device that costs around £400 should definitely last more then 13 months.

After about 13 months of use, the battery in my Galaxy Ring started draining rapidly and now doesn’t even last few hours. For such wearable device, this lifespan is simply unacceptable. I sent the ring for repair following Samsung’s advice and was charged an inspection fee, only to be told that fixing it would cost more than buying a brand-new device. A product at this price point should last significantly longer than just over a year! Very disappointed. Not recommended.
