Samsung Galaxy Ring Titanium Black

I bought my Samsung Ring in Chiang Mai, Thailand last April 4, 2026. Now the problem is that the battery keeps disconnecting from my phone when I put the ring on my finger. When I remove it and put on the case, it will connect.

At first it was perfect, then after 12 months of use, it failed, visited two stores who explained it would be better to buy another one.

Rubbish ring battery is atrocious and had a replacement then fobbed off by Samsung with a discount offer when the replacement also had battery fault.

Functionality and data are first class, unfortunately the battery life and charging applications fall woefully short, both failing in 12 months, short warranty and no damage to either unit but not covered for repair. No confidence in another purchase and would not recommend.

It is incredibly frustrating to invest in a premium, high-tech device only to find out it has a built-in expiration date because the battery can't be replaced. The Samsung Galaxy Ring is sealed in resin, making it 100% unrepairable. Once the lithium-ion battery degrades after its standard charge cycles, the device effectively becomes e-waste.
