Oakley Meta Meta HSTN - Prizm Deep Water Polarized OW8002-0651

I have had the Ray-Ban Gen 1 and 3 and decided to give the Oakley HSTN a try. This is my second pair in two weeks and I keep getting an error, "media cannot be imported." I have unpaired, reinstalled the Meta app, and factory reset the glasses several times to no avail. I should have listened to my instinct and gotten the Ray-Bans; this variation is awful.

Oakley is extremely bad in their customer service it lasted 2 months and have been trying to return for repair or warranty since March 2026, it’s September now, and I’ve been talking to them on the phone and email, and they’re very unresponsive.

Only will interface with Apple, Google and Samsung phones..otherwise app won't sync nor download app to phone. Very disappointing that no ,Mention of this UPFRONT

Terrible, the glasses stopped working only 3 months after purchasing. Speakers aren’t working and bluetooth works every now and then. Terrible customer service, they literally ignore you and keep you going on loops, all they suggest is resetting them which doesn’t fix anything. Very frustrating. DO NOT BUY.

Absolutely love these glasses! They look stylish and feel comfortable even after wearing them for hours. The clear lenses are versatile, fit very well, the battery doesn’t last too long but the smart features are easy and fun to use. Great combination of technology and everyday style!
