Good tire but living in the mountains it wears out quite quickly due to the laces going up and down !!! Yet the driving is flexible.

Bought tires on the recommendation of a friend. He has driven 100,000 km with his Gislaved's (mostly highway). I myself have only driven 3500 km on these tires and am very satisfied with the grip both dry and wet. Previous tires were Dunlop Sport Maxx RT and performed significantly worse in dry and wet grip.

While i'm not what you may call an aggressive sort of driver, i do like to put my foot down and throw the car around occasionally! Because of being in lockdown thanks to covid19 i haven't done the kind of mileage i would normally have done! I couldn't rate the tyres on wear or on fuel consumption as any more than 4 stars because of the lack of miles covered! I bought the tyres at the time we were having horrendous weather with record amounts of rainfall, i was very glad that i did, the tyres handled the conditions superbly, i was very impressed! On dry roads they performed marginally less well but not badly! My only criticism would be that they feel a little wollowy, that the side walls could be a little stiffer, you do get used to them though. I wouldn't put anyone off buying them, at the price they are a very good choice!
