Kumho Crugen HP71 on SUV- ja crossover-autoille tarkoitettu ympärivuotinen rengas, jota kiitellään erityisesti hiljaisesta ja mukavasta ajosta. Monet kuljettajat kuvaavat ajon hyvin pehmeäksi ja vähämeluisaksi, ohjauksen tuntuen samalla vakaalta ja pidon vahvalta kuivalla tiellä. Myös märkäpito ja jarrutus saavat paljon kiitosta. Keveässä lumessa rengas toimii kohtuullisesti ympärivuotisrenkaaksi, mutta jäällä ja raskaissa talvioloissa se jää selvästi oikeiden talvirenkaiden tasosta. Kulutuskestävyys arvioidaan enimmäkseen hyväksi, vaikka osa käyttäjistä kokee kulumisen nopeammaksi kuin takuusta voisi päätellä. Joitakin mainintoja on tasapaino- tai tärinäongelmista asennuksen jälkeen. Kaiken kaikkiaan rengas sopii kuljettajille, jotka arvostavat ennen kaikkea mukavuutta, vähäistä melua ja tasapainoisia ominaisuuksia edulliseen hintaan ja ajavat vain satunnaisesti lievissä talviolosuhteissa.

Price/Quality very good tires. Drive sporty and fast 180 km/h on German highways. Have also already driven 140km/h in a downpour, no aquaplanning. Also ok on snow and ice in the High Fens. Even with automatic emergency stop of the car itself, no problem, it stopped in time.

Very good grip on dry as well as wet ground. Do off-road regularly and it goes perfect. Almost 15,000 km to complete and nothing to say about the wear and stability of the tires. I recommend.

The tyres are very comfortable thanks to their very soft side walls. The noise was very low when new, now slowly raises but still okay. The handling is not very good, but it is a suv, so I don't mind. The wet performance could be better. But: the tire costs half the price of any other tyre for CR-V and doesn't fail in any aspect.
