Michelin Pilot Alpin 5 on ultra-high-performance-talvirengas, joka sijoittuu monissa riippumattomissa testeissä aivan kärkeen. Pilot Alpin 5 tunnetaan lisäksi pitkästä käyttöiästä, vähäisestä kulumisesta ja luokassaan kohtuullisesta polttoaineenkulutuksesta. Monet käyttäjät arvostavat myös alhaista melutasoa ja hyvää mukavuutta näin suorituskykyiseksi talvirenkaaksi. Haittapuolina ovat selvästi keskimääräistä korkeampi hinta ja se, että sivuttaisessa vesiliirrossa rengas ei aina ole testien aivan paras. Osa kuljettajista kokee ajotuntuman myös melko jämäkäksi ja kovaksi teräviin töyssyihin. car car The Pilot Alpin PA4 is an excellent tyre. The tyre size is 265/30 - 20 and was used on the rear axle of my Alpina B3 GT Touring. I have used this tyre on my previous car, Mercedes AMG E63s Estate. I would have preferred to have bought Pilot Alpin 5 tyres, but they are not available in this size.

Tires are great and behave like a summer tire, my only concern is they’re noisy on the highway. Was nice to see a Michelin tire actually made in France.

Très bonne tenue de route, assez silencieux, très bonne prise dans la neige et très pneus qui bonne tenue sur la glace, répond bien sur la route en hiver, dans les courbes et sur les arrêts. Je les recommande.
