I purchased this product 2 months Ago, I have since used it around 8 times to cook chips, I’ve tried both frozen and homemade and I’m very disappointed as not all the chips in the pan cook.. Frozen chips half the pan turn crispy and the other half’s not cooked. (Of course I shake a few times whilst cooking) when I tried homemade chips the middle is solid potato and the outside just burns. I’m very disappointed as I purposely purchased the dearer product thinking it would be better quality and do as it says in the description.

Love it, I use it in my caravan as spend alot of time there, great product! No fat used at all! Taste is just as good!
