Very good sound quality, mic stalk is a little short and not as flexible as I thought, battery life is not close to 24 hours, but I like using it. It's comfortable to wear for long periods and easily stored.

This is a great headset and connects really well to my work computer and other devices simultaneously. I am in meetings for almost 8-9 hours a day and I needed something that gave me an overhead, option, and around the ears option for comfort. This did both. Regarding battery life, I have never run out on my long stretch days. This is a beast and the quality is amazing. The only negative thing I can say is the size. It's huge compared to my Plantronics headset. Otherwise, It's a great buy.

This BlueParrott B450-XT Headset is a mono on-ear headset. Its mic captures natural sounding speech, even if you're talking in a busy environment.The person on the other line also sound fairly clear and detailed. It has a great battery life , and i could pair it with two devices at the time.When wear its not most comfortable headset especially if you're wearing it for a long shift.headset can be worn on either ear because the microphone its flippable . if you create a free BlueParrott account, you can gain access to features like Walkie Talkie mode which is designed to help improve communication via microsoft teams.The ear cup has its control buttons that are visible and easy to use.Overall not a bad headset.

THIS HEADSET HAD DRIVEN ME INSANE. FROM DATE OF PURCHASE IT CONTINUALLY SAYS IN MY EAR 'YOUR HEADSET IS CONNECTED' OVER AND OVER AGAIN IN MY EARS. TRIED TO CALL JABRA BUT THE CALL DOES NOT GO THROUGH AND WHEN I TRIED TO FILL OUT WEBPAGE QUERY FORM IT WILL NOT ACCEPT THE DATE OF PURCHASE DESPITE ME FOLLOWING THE FORMAT. £157 WASTED - TRULY RUBBISH
