Nacon - 500HC PRO (PlayStation 5)

After only a few uses the connection became loose. Bascially the audio jack has a volume dial where the jack connects in to devices. This is very tempremental and I lose sound in the right ear almost constantly meaning I have to keep fiddling with the audio wheel and adjusting the audio jack to get sound back. Each time I move slightly, the sound is lost again. Incredibly frustrating for such a high price!!!

Used this item only a handful of times but the sound stopped working in the right ear around a month after it arrived. Really awesome and comfortable head set but this problem ruined it for me.

So brought these for my husband to us with his Xbox one, they are so good he then brought me some.. They fit so comfy and so soft round the ears.. They are so comfy I forget sometimes they are on.. Thumbs up...

As soon as I pulled them out the box they just felt flimsey and cheap. With removing the plastic wrap one of the exo ear cups came off the band frame. I know the ear cups are removable and adjustable on the different slots but if they fall off that easy. Good sign they wont last 6 months let alone a few years. Plus the ear cups sit on the ear and not over the ear, making them uncomfortable after a period of time! For me comfort is key and these get a big thumbs down. Have already boxed it up and sent it back!
