Its necessary from time to time to renew the gel pads with this Tens machine. They work well, as expected, although are not inexpensive.

We have bought several of these power units and they all work fantastic if you never tried one before you have to get one. I use them for managing my knee pain and also to help strengthen muscles, my wife uses it to help with her digestion. This also has a heat feature which is great you won't find that on other tens units. These are a little more expensive than the others but well worth it, we've tried the others and they don't compare. Highly recommend you try these out.

Love my Beurer EM59 - replacement pads work perfectly and can be reused quite a bit. Cleans well.
