Beurer FM39 Shiatsu -jalkahieroja

The product was perfect, but due to the fact that my Mom's feet are too sensitive, the minute she put her foot on it with socks, it hurt her. She does have very painful feet. I asked for a return as my Mom can't use it, but refund was refused due to package being opened and Takealot insists that it has been used. We only had the product for less than 24 hours. As I said, nothing wrong with product, just not suitable for painful or sensitive feet.

The rotating mechanism feels good, but does not do the entire foot at the same time, you have do the ball and heel sections separately. If you want your entire sole of your foot massaged at one time, you need a different model which is more expensive, hence my 4 star rating.

My wife absolutely loves this machine, it brings absolute relief and the whole family is enjoying it now

This foot massager for my 96 year old Mom was the perfect gift. She uses it right the way through the day and says that it has helped her from the minute she started using it. Highly recommended.

Haven't had it for long so can't comment on durability. also no experience with other models. but I'm happy with the product and it gives a good foot rub
