Gamdias Erebos Optical Mouse (33467-uniw)

its connectivity seems to be a issue as since using it multiple times it just cuts out and only way to get it to work again is to pull it out the jack and wait a few mins tried in diffrent jacks same issue all drivers and file uptodate still does it this has caused me to keep a 2nd cheap tesco mouse plugged in jusst so i can continue in some fasion when im in the middle of something important other than this issue its a wonderful mouse

This product worked fine for around 3 months then the optical sensor completely stopped working. I contacted support via the Gamdias website as the mouse has a 2 year product warranty. It has been almost a month and I have not received any response to my tickets. I strongly recommend against purchasing this product.
