Makita 9403J Nauhahiomakone 1200 W 100 x 610 mm

Bought to sand some external doors down to wood for repainting. It’s heavy but once you’ve adjusted/aligned the belt (10 seconds of faffing) it whipped the coats of old paint off. Dust bag seemed ok (did it outside which helped). I wouldn’t fancy using it on anything other than horizontal surfaces however.

Replaced my old 9404. Great machine. Perfect replacement. Great Screwfix service as usual.

Fit a 25 grit belt to this, and it will try and drag you along with it.
