This hair dryer is fine, it works, it blows hair, it gives temperature and speed options. My disappointment is with the diffusor. It was obviously not designed and trialled by someone with curly hair. There is a hole in the middle which allows the air to blast my hair instead of diffusing. A diffusor should diffuse! It blows my curls and I end up with a very messy head of hair, not gently dried, defined curls. Am pursuing a replacement.

I have long curly hair (around hip length) so I used the diffuser. when drying my hair. To be fair to the product, it did dry my hair very nicely and I liked the end result. But, I found myself having to guard the back where the motor is with one hand because otherwise it would suck in my hair and rip it off. It was eating my hair every time I used it. If it wasn't for this, I would have been pretty happy with it.

I’m was well excited when I’ve got the hairdryer as a Christmas present!!! Unfortunately it doesn’t blow the cold air!!!!!! The air still is warm which is quite annoying. The temperature goes slightly down. If I compare it to my old and cheep heirdryer this one is one big dissapoitment. I wish that I could choose different gift :(

Amazing product, fast and smooth dryer, highly recommended

This dryer is gentle on my hair which is what I needed as it has damage due to over bleaching. Also my hair is curly so the diffuser is very handy
