L'Oréal Excellence Cool Creme Triple Care Color 7,11 Ultra Ash Bl

Unfortunately the Age Perfect line is no longer available so have this a try about a year ago and it's great. I have dark brown hair with reddish undertones and this lift it up to the perfect color I like without using a bleach. The grain hair coverage doesn't last as long as it was with the Age one so have to color my hair more often. I leave it on my roots for 20 mins then comb the rest and another 20 mins. It's generous size as well.

I use this to colour my hair. It is very easy to use and this particular colour is lovely and very natural looking. The box contains a lovely smelling shampoo and a great moisturising conditioner. It always seems to be sold out in store so I always order a few at a time to be delivered from store.

Its easy to colour hair & doesn't drip. It's good that it includes a shampoo. The conditioner can be used a few times afterwards which is a bonus.

I have used this dye many times before. The change in formula means that now the result is far darker than my natural blonde shade and the ash colour makes it look a greeny dark ash grey. Sadly I'll be buying a colour corrector, hoping it works and that my hair doesn't fall out. And until it arrives I'll be wearing a hat. Terrible product - be warned and do not risk it if you are looking for a lighter shade. L'Oréal needs to review its formulas and colour descriptions!
