I bought a slow cooker and it cost me more in postage than the item was worth and to find out when I received it that it had European power connection and unusable here in Australia really made had me fuming . So be aware when you buy electrical items that they are compatible for Australian use . Had the throw it out . What a joke , Will never buy anything electrical from Amazon again . I would have given o stars if I could .
