Only used once, simple to do so but some leakage. This may be my ineptness tho! So for ease of use actually 5 * and has freshened up a second hand arm chair well. However, as I'm unsure leakage is me or the Bissell given 3*. Will change rating if I find it's me!

The suction and cleaning power did not meet my expectations or as shown on the numerous videos online. On the steam function. it would typically revert to just hot water coming out.

wow what can I say, after trying Shark and VAX this is by far the elite. Had it for about 4 months now and use it nearly daily for my business. The steam feature is brilliant and the self cleaning hose is very handy! The only criticism would be the hose could be longer!

Could of been a 5 star review if the waste water tank lid hinge didn't fracture on first use...Machine is very easy to use, the steam and heat wash is great. Very pleased with the washing capabilities. Unfortunately the plastic material and design of the lids on the tanks is very poor in my opinion...mine broke after first use and needed to purchase a new tank from Bissel...I did contact them first. Could of been 5 stars, but for the price and construction its lucky to get 3, considering I'd only had 1 week. Be very careful when cleaning after use.

Loving my new BISSELL Hydrosteam, normally I am not one to put my hand up to deep clean but now it’s so easy and powerful with my new BISSELL you can’t stop me, I have literally moved around my whole house.
