It arrived fast and had a small bottle of cleaning liquid in the box so you could start using it straight away .it is easy to use if a little loud .it’s also easy to take apart to clean plus small and neat to put away the cable and hose have clips to hook them neatly to the body so no messing around trying to fix them in the cupboard so they don’t fall out every time you open the door .great I love it .

This is great to have on hand to clean up the inevitable spillages and accidents that come from having kids and/or pets. It's not something we use often but when the time come to need it its a life saver. The size is nice and compact so it doesn't take up much room and can easily be stashed away till needed. As the name suggests it's only for cleaning up spots so don't buy it your planning on doing your whole house! It would take forever! It it perfect for cleaning car carpets and seats though and would probably be ideal for a car valeter.

I used this today for the first time. It was needed for a set of 14 indoor carpet stairs that had stains here and there courtesy of the kids. I started with the Bisell carpet cleaner but it was not enough. Maybe I was expevtung magic. This was probably because the stains were very old and this was the first time they were being cleaned. I opted for a biy scrabbling with some feri liquid then continued with Bisell. The watersuction seems decent. The dirty water tank was dirty hence my stairs are now sparkling clean. U emptied the dirty water tank easily. There was some spillage during the clenaing but nothing worisome. Based on today's result Bisell is a keeper.
