Great steam cleaner. I keep cleaning my floors. Very easy to add attachments and water lasts for ages. Takes a little time to work on built up limescale but if you use limescale remover after blasting it it seems to work. One problem the little brush attachment is ruined after the first use. Going to need some replacements.

we rescue and re home westies, this cleaner is very good, I use it on my wood kitchen floor, vinyl covering in utility, and laminate in living room, also cleaned carpet and chairs in snug Easy to use, and easier than using mop bucket, and floors are cleaner I would recommend this product

I think I must be missing something on this product. I read that it leaves the floor almost dry - WRONG - soaking wet - needed to mop up after. Tried it on the cooker with the small brush and hardly touched the grease (and I clean my cooker regularly). Tried it on a slate floor and it had no impact - am I mis-using it???

Only 2 problems I had were documentation related. First was that some bits were in the box and others were hidden away in the cleaner. But i found them in the end. The second was that i was expecting more hints and tips about how to use the cleaner in different settings. In other words. Felt hat the documentation let down what wa otherwise a great product.
