Appalling -still haven’t received my order from 12th March. Was told by Karcher that I couldn’t have a refund be suspected delivery company had my item - they’d failed to deliver about 10 times so I asked for a refund. Spent hours finally getting a refund agreed to ion 25th March, email said it would take 10 working days -still not refunded on 23rd April. Can’t even get through in the phone now. DON’T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEIR WEBSITE - UTTERLY APPALLING - BASICALLY STEAL YOUR MONEY

Recently bought this,it is absolutely useless, just smears even using the detergent provided and keeping the blade damp. as soon as sun shines on the windows they look appalling. total waste of money
