HOKAs are nice shoes. I have a pair of Bondi 9's that I love. These Arahi 8s are a lot stiffer, and narrower just behind the toe box. They just weren't right for me, but probably are for serious runners. REI effortlessly took them back and I bought a new pair of Bondi 9's.

I typically wear a size 6 or size 6 wide in every day shoes and a 6 1/2 in athletic type shoes. For this shoe I had to order a 5 1/2 wide for the perfect fit. This is my second pair and they are so comfortable, and have really helped with my knee pain. I typically walk an average of 12,000 steps a month. I also have low arches. These shoes are definitely worth the price.
