Was really looking forward to using this, but when I opened the box it had a 2 pin European shaver type plug on it. Spoke to Customer Service as I wanted to know if I could put UK plug on without affecting the warranty. The best they could offer was an adaptor plug. They couldn't tell me why they were selling into the UK with a non standard plug. So unfortunately I returned the item unused.
