I purchased this product as I was paying for coffee that was going up in price and down with the quality.I seen the piccolo X's machine and the price I purchased it for was fantastic.It arrived quickly along with a box of 3 coffee.Not hard to work 5 bars for a coffee would be 60seconds or if you want to have more milk than the stated amount you have the control over the amount of your choice then add coffee pod again a 3bar pod would be 30seconds.It makes cold coffee/chocolate although I've never tried the cold coffee! It makes the most beautiful coffee and is not a big machine if you have limited space in your kitchen/office.I bought this as a starter machine and I was so impressed with the Dolche gusto pods and the choices from Starbucks to Costa with flavours of vanilla, caramel. Makes coffee in under a minute or two..

Love the coffee but quantity has reduced from 16 to 12 per box yet price is higher. Don't think I will be buying again.

Taste amazing, just like being sat in a cafe having a nice coffee and catch up with a friend :) would buy again
