Not a bad product, just found it awkward to set the timer feature! Found it a bit hit and miss. Sometimes it would let you change the timer time but others you end up just adjusting the actual time forward an hour.

I bought this a few weeks ago after my previous coffee machine died a death. This one is so much better, it keeps the coffee much hotter and you can adjust the time you want it to stay on for, either 40 or 60 minutes. Brilliant little machine.

This is so good. It has transformed my coffee drinking life and takes the stress out of serving quantities of good coffee to guests. Keeps hot for ages.

Product OK for price, the real downside is the 40 minute cut off for the machine which means unless you consume all the coffee at one go then you waste a lot off coffee or brew in smallest quantities . This was bought to replace a 40 year old machine so I have confidence in the brand therefor only 3 stars

Just to be clear this is just a jug not a machine and jug. So in terms of features the jug is made of glass and matches a machine that is not included. I disliked it because no machine was included, so missed the features of actually being able to make coffee.
