Manfrotto Kuulapää Grip action 322RC2

Have to say I love this for my bird watching scope! This is so fluid but then rock solid when you need it to be. This is just what I have been looking for.

As described by others, this accessory is great, if you have the money to spend.

This is a very accurate, easy to use tripod head. It isnt light, but thats good on a light tripod. Screws on easily, comes with a sturdy plate and control is brilliant.

I have used this pistol grip head for years. It has worked without fail and it is quick and easy to adjust the angle of the camera. The grip clamps tightly to the ball and I have angled the camera and lens at some really extreme angles without the grip coming loose or slipping. I have it attached to a Manfrotto 190CXPRO tripod so the tripod plus the head are quite light and easy to carry, esp with the carry strap attached to the tripod. I recommend this to users who like light and easy to adjust equipment.

works nice; could be smoother action. Rubber plugs covering screws don't go back in after being removed. Missing something? Not good.
