I bought go pro 8. The new product arrived very quickly, but something was wrong with the software itself, so I requested that the product be returned and that a new one be sent to me. that's how it was. The new product arrived very quickly after communication with the seller, who handled the entire product return process extremely professionally. the new go pro 8 camera i bought works flawlessly.

Well looked after but stopped working after a few months! Bought new sd and new original battery trying to resolve the issue but camera won’t switch on ! No support at all from Amazon . As an electronic device should be a way to communicate and support such purchases ! Really disappointed . Camera is stuck off and red light only comes on when battery is inserted or cable charged .

Completely died after 2 years and 10 months of very minimal use (careful use when filming weddings) - it's now a £275 paperweight

The GoPro 8 Hero Black is a good camera with a number of issues, such as battery life and...well, giving up the ghost after just a few days (a known issue by all accounts!). Using the app and downloading video footage worked well and the menu and software all good. Why the camera stopped working still remains a mystery. I returned it and instead went for the GoPro Hero 9 Black (out of the frying pan into the fire?) with the beefier battery. Any good? We will see shall we....all looks good at the moment.
