Olen käyttänyt tätä kaukoputkea tähän mennessä vain kuun tutkimiseen ja en ole pettynyt optiikan tarjoamaan kuvanlaatuun.Tämä kaukoputki onkin mielestäni ihan laadukas tähtitaivaan tutkimisesta kiinnostuneelle, mutta liika muovisuus mm. peilien kiinnityksessä, tarkentimessa ja jalustassa häiritsee. Mukana tuleva käyttöohje tarjoaa selkeät ohjeet putken valmisteluun ja jalustan kasaamiseen. Okulaarit eivät ole laadukkaat, mutta niillä pääsee alkuun. 2x barlow on hyvä lisä. Punapiste-etsin on ihan toimiva. Ehkäpä heikoin lenkki on jalusta, vaikka onkin melko tukeva. Akseleiden kiristysruuveja on vaikea saada riittävän kireälle, jolloin putki menettää suuntauksen helposti. Suosittelen jo heti alussa opettelemaan kollimoinnin tekemisen, koska kalibroidulla putkella näet kohteet tarkemmin

I tried to return this item after discovering that the laser guide at the top doesn't fit - so you cannot use it. Contacted amazon 9 times as their Hermes courier refused to take it as it's so heavy. Had to ask American express to step in as Amazon service for returning this product is shameful. Product is average quality, lens will break easily for young children aged 9 to 12. Very difficult to guide and line up for young children. The laser guide will only work with a DIY solution like blu-tac! Can't return!

The scope came ok and I set it up with not too much difficulty but it wasn't easy as such. Unfortunately my adjustment dials are quite stiff and not particularly good which is disappointing as the whole thing bounces around while you're adjusting - quite irritating. Using it is fairly straightforward but you need the other lenses to see anything useful, the straight out of the box lenses only show you dots of planets with a slight hint of colour and the moon is too bright without a filter. Probably going on ebay tbh as my expectations were for something better.

Christmas present for Dad, Brilliant value for a lovely telescope , easy to set up and start using. He loved it. Moon is really amazing, can see rings of Saturn. Very good value telescope
