Celestron Astromaster 90 Eq Teleskooppi

I ordered the Celestron 90 EQ which came with at least one manufacturing fault (no holes in the metal block on the scope preventing me from securely attaching to stand with screws), and some flimsy plastic parts I suspect are broken. The cost of sending it back as you can imagine is excessive. As for the scope: whilst I suspect it was made on the cheap in China, the scope certainly looks the part; but as there haven’t been any clear nights with the moon visible since purchase, I am unable to comment on the quality of it.

Brilliant, has been a welcome addition to the home

I wanted a beginners telescope to view the moon and stars with my 5 year old daughter. I set it up as instructed but can see nothing!! We waited for a moonless sky as some reviewers noted the moon could be too bright but the sky was filled with stars easily with the naked eye from our garden, but through the scope nothing at all! I checked the instruction and yes I removed the lens cap but don't be fooled this is not a plug and play piece of kit. Must be missing something!!

I have spent hours looking through this telescope. It was easy to assemble and the images are fantastic to this novice star gazer.
