Purchased March 2021, exactly 1 year, just outside the warranty the watch just stopped working. Samsung says we have to pay to fix it. Not worth the money!

Have owned this watch for 3 months and a charge will not last 1 day. Tried a reset as directed by the company which did not work. Closest samsung store that will take a look is 2 hours away. Cheaper to buy a new watch. DO NOT BUY

Functionality is great, does everything I wanted it for. Battery life is pretty good. I charge it for about 20 mins each morning and that keeps it going well. The only complaints I have are the watch band is somewhat uncomfortable due to the hidden strap feature. I plan on replacing the band. the other issue is Bixby, but that's a Samsung issue in general.

this is all that I expected and more! it works great., and the wristband fit perfectly. Much recommended.
