Pentax Up 8-16x21 Kiikarit

PROS:Sturdy construction with easy changes in zoom. On the CON side, increasing the zoom from 8x to 16x decreases the amount of light transmitted through eyepiece, so low light conditions are a limitation.

Just returned from an expedition to Yellowstone and Teton national parks. These binoculars proved to be versatile, compact, easy to carry, easy to focus. We really appreciated the zoomability. The best we've ever had.

Having problems seeing enough detail in the image. Not a good enough pair of binoculars.

Taking these on vacation for whale watching!! This is the nicest set I have now. Lightweight and small enough for easy carrying.

Travels well. Small but very useful. Having a zoom capability turned out to be great when we found out that we were further from the stage than expected at a huge concert. The wide view also makes it easier to watch for a while since your hand shaking is less noticeable.
