Vortex Yksiöllinen Kiikari 10x25

I ordered this monocular for its small size which makes it convenient to keep on hand. I use it on the golf course and at the pistol range. The optics are clear and bright though the 10x magnification makes holding steady a little tricky.

I gave this 5 stars keeping in mind the price point and scale of what's out there. I got this on sale for around $65 and for a small monocular that's easy to carry with you and not get fatigued by it does a great job. If you want this to accomplish the job of a spotting scope, you gotta pay more, simple as that. For just viewing and gathering some information it's amazing, but the field of view is is where the price point becomes apparent.

For the size and the prize,the monocular is mighty strong

I'd originally purchased the 8X25 Solo for a trip to Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons. After receiving it I had second thoughts and returned the 8X25 and purchased the 10X25 and I'm very happy with my choice. For use with the distances sighted at Yellowstone the 10X is perfect. I had no trouble holding it steady and I really liked the small form factor of a monocular. In short, I'm very, very happy with my purchase and with Scheels.

Bought as a gift, dispatched promptly and arrived when expected. Monocular has been a great success, just what the recipient wanted.
